Our Classes

LIFT

LIFT is built around what matters most: coached strength training in a small group setting. Our sessions focus on lifting with intent—developing strength, improving technique. Each class is capped at 9 members so our coaches can provid, form correction, and individualised progression.

HYROX

Our HYROX sessions focus on increasing fitness, race-specific skills, and workout formats based on the competition format, including running intervals, sled work, carries and lunges. Sessions are coached and structured to help athletes improve conditioning, pacing, and stamina.

BURN

BURN is a low-intensity, steady-state cardio session designed to improve aerobic fitness, support recovery, and build a strong conditioning base.

Memberships

We have a range of memberships available based on how many sessions you can commit to. All of our memberships are billed every 4 weeks and the sessions tokens can be used how you like over this time period, although we try and encourage all of our members to find a consistent weekly schedule that works for them.
